How do I join as a new member?
If you are not a member already and want to join as a new member, you can do this online or in centre. We have a variety of memberships available (depending on centres). To see the memberships available and start the join process, visit Join Membership

How do I make a booking?
You can make bookings via the Everyone Active app - Download The App online through our website, or in person at your local centre.

To book on the website, go to your centre page, select "Timetables and Prices", search for the activity or class you want to participate in and follow the onscreen options.

How do I reset/set my password?
If you have forgotten your password or setting one for the first time, you can reset this by following the forgotten password link by visiting the website login page Forgotten Password. This can also be updated via our Everyone Active app.

Where is my nearest centre?
To locate your closest Everyone Active centre, Click Here to find your local centre. From there you can enter your town, postcode or click “Use my location” to find a centre near to you.

What does using the centre on a pay-as-you-go basis allow me to do?
If you sign up for a free online profile you will get limited access to our online system. You will be able to use the online planner, book online and the Everyone Active app to book and pay for classes and activities. You will also receive an Everyone Active card to allow access to the centre, available for collection at Reception. Register Now
